We offer FREE Group Fitness classes and have several motivating instructors! We offer anywhere from 9-12 classes every week! Our range of programs offer the perfect fitness options for your everyday routine. We have everything from relaxation, for the mind body and spirit, to heart pumping cardio classes! Our group programs provide fitness for all levels, and they are offered at convenient times throughout the day. Join our expert instructors and keep your workout routine fresh and motivating!

Morning Group Fitness Class Descriptions:

Fit For Life: Our dedicated low impact class. You’ll get it all in…light cardio, toning, flexibility, and balance work. Yoga and Pilates inspired stretching and relaxation segment for the mind, body, and spirit will get you set for the day. You will also experience the added benefit of working out in a fun, group environment. If you’ve been hesitant about joining in on a class this is a great place to start.

Pump Plus: This class uses benched, barbells, weights, spri bands, and stability balls for an intense strength workout. All areas of the body are strengthened for optimal performance. This class is for any fitness levels. Great for developing muscular endurance and strength.

Circuit Training/Cardio, Core, & More: Stations are used for alternating cardio, strength, and functional fitness. Each station is done for a specific time frame. Great for burning a lot of calories in the 45 minute time frame.

No Limits Body Blast: Every class is something different. This 45 minutes will use a variety of styles to improve muscular strength, function, and endurance for your entire body. If you’re looking for an efficient workout, this is it! This class can be geared for all levels.

Circuit: Total Body workout that consists of several different stations that will keep you moving for a full hour. Each station consists of different exercises that will be performed for a specific time frame. This class is great for anyone that is looking to add variety to their exercise routine, or would like some motivation to keep on track, or get started with a regular exercise program. This class takes place on Saturday morning which will help you get your weekend started off on the right foot!

Power sculpt: (45 or 60 minutes, depending on class) Power Sculpt is an intense full body workout that will get you sweating and burning! Power sculpt uses yoga inspiration to bring you low impact exercises that increase strength and flexibility while keeping you moving and raising intensity. Power sculpt uses weights, yoga blocks, and other resistance tools to create sculpted, lean, toned muscles.

Barre Blend: combines the principles of Pilates, ballet and group fitness. Utilizing ballet techniques to focus on glutes and thighs, this class also incorporates Pilates mat and arm strength to tone, sculpt and strengthen from head to toe. Cardio intervals provide dynamic movement to raise your heart rate and maximize your workout.

Evening Group Fitness Class Descriptions:

Zumba: Zumba aims to make exercise fun with upbeat music, a positive environment and fairly simple movements that beginners can pick up on right away. The full-body routine typically leaves participants sweating and satisfied with their workout. A typical hour-long Zumba class includes warm-up and cool-down periods to stretch your muscles and prevent injury. Though the program takes inspiration from Latin dance, you don’t need to be a great dancer to enjoy the benefits of Zumba. Just follow the lead of your instructor as you jump, slide, and shake along to the music.

BootCamp: An efficient, effective, and fun way to workout your entire body moving from one exercise to another with minimal rest periods. During this workout you will be performing body weight exercises, high intensity cardio, and total body strength exercises. This class is designed to push you hard and out of your comfort zone.

Yoga: This Vinyasa style class really moves providing a safe aerobic strength and flexibility workout. Learn to go with the flow, find your edge, and practice at your own level while you empower your body, mind, and spirit. All levels are welcome!

Yoga Sculpt: A class that combines yoga with strength training. This class is set to high energy music and uses free weights to intensify the yoga poses, various strength training, and core building exercises. Yoga Sculpt is for all Fitness Leveland modifications are always an option.

Piyo: Is a music driven athletic workout that strengthens, stretches and tones with dynamic movements inspired by the best Pilates and Yoga. This class combines the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.  We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat burning low impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean and defined.

Ultimate Upper Body: This class focuses on the chest, arms, shoulders, and core. Short bursts of cardio will keep your heart rate up and burn maximum calories. Tighten and tone your arms and abs with this 45 minute workout! All fitness levels are welcome.
